Sharing My Leadership Experience

I was 15 years old when I had my first official role as a leader.  Yes, it was just coaching my younger brother in youth soccer, but it ignited a passion in me for the amazingly complex world of leadership.  One of the things I learned at that early age is that leadership is so challenging because every person is unique.  Every 10 year old on my first soccer team was an individual, motivated very differently than the player next to him or her.  This leadership challenge, and the many others leaders face, has motivated me to learn more about leadership and to share my 30 years of leadership experience through this blog.  I hope you find it helpful and enjoy reading.

I plan to post helpful leadership tips, stories, and experiences several times a week.  I look forward to your feedback and comments.  Thanks for reading!
