Thanks for commenting Will. Certainly Hurdle deserves some credit for getting the Pirates back to the post season after a very long hiatus (was it 20 years?). Sustaining success is a challenge for many organizations and only the rare ones – sports franchises or other – can sustain success for long periods of time.
